On March 3, the Seoul Metropolitan Government hosted the Youth Growth All-In Day at Dongdaemun Design Plaza. A key part of the event was the Seoul University Student Leader Open Table, where university representatives discussed the direction of youth policy.

The 12-hour event included a career boot camp, a local startup forum, and the Open Table. About 150 student leaders from 54 universities and junior colleges in Seoul gathered to learn about the city's third master plan for youth policy and exchange ideas about how young adults can participate in policy making.

Student representatives shared their experiences with Seoul's support programs and discussed the role of leadership in university communities. Several speakers emphasized that leadership should create an environment where students can act freely and support one another.

Participants examined practical programs including interview-suit rentals, affordable youth housing, monthly rent subsidies, student-loan interest support, cultural passes, and mental-health services.
